ヨガ・クラス

Yoga :
is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which was originated in ancient India.

Pranayama:
is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force.

Benefits of Yoga :
In daily life weight loss, a strong and flexible body, glowing beautiful skin, peaceful mind, good health – whatever you may be looking for, yoga has it on offer. However, very often, yoga is only partially understood as being limited to asanas (yoga poses).
As such, benefits of yoga offers in uniting the body, mind and breath. When you are in harmony, the journey through life is calmer, happier and more fulfilling.

We are offering you 6 weeks of Yoga Workshop.
Every week we are going to focus on one body part at a time.
For example : spine, upper body, lower body and flexibility.

Six weeks schedule :
1week : strengthen your back and warming up your spine .
2week : work on your sides and your legs
3week : flexibility and strength.
4week : core strength and Abs workout.
5week : upper body work out.
6week : gentle asana .

Content :
1. Sloka
2. Pranayama -20min
3. Warming up for Yoga -10min
4. Yoga asana -20min
5. Savasana or relaxation -10min
